Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales from T & T Fantastic Treats are final.

We take great care in preparing and packaging our baked goods. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please review the information below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it promptly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund for the affected item
Quality Concerns:
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours. While taste preferences vary, we want you to feel confident in the care and quality of our products.
Non-Refundable Situations:
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preferences
  • Improper storage after pickup
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
