General Information

T & T Fantastic Treats is a small-batch bakery offering pre-order desserts for local pickup. All products are prepared in limited quantities with care and intention.

By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders & Pre-Orders

  • All products are offered on a pre-order basis only

  • Orders must be placed through our website during the designated ordering window

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified without approval.

Pickup Policy

  • All orders are local pickup only

  • Pickup date and time are selected at checkout

  • Pickup details are included in your order confirmation

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the selected time. Failure to pick up an order may result in forfeiture without refund.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payment is required at the time of checkout

  • We accept payment methods supported by Shopify

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of baked goods:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed

  • No refunds will be issued for missed pickups

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Allergens & Ingredients

Our kitchen may process common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Nuts

  • Soy

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies should order with caution.

Product Images & Descriptions

Product photos are for representation purposes only. Minor variations in color, decoration, or presentation may occur due to the handmade nature of our treats.
